    Anglers fishing with me on the Snook Fin-Addict, out of CB's Saltwater Outfitters on Siesta Key, had action with trout, ladyfish and redfish on deep grass flats of Little Sarasota Bay and Gasparilla Sound during the past couple of weeks.     Trout Best Bet in Sarasota

    Sarasota Fishing Report for 1/10 through 1/23/2010

    Sarasota Report
    I feature saltwater, bay, and coastal light tackle fishing. My boat is a 22'10", 8' beam, 8" draft, Panga Marquesas. The boat is designed for shallow or deep water and has permanent flotation and trim tabs. It is equipped with a T-Top, Live-well, large coolers, GPS, Fish-finder, VHF marine radio, and cell phone.     Anglers fishing Sarasota Bay with me on the Snook Fin-Addict, out of CB's Saltwater Outfitters on Siesta Key, during the past week had good action with trout, blues and pompano on jigs and flies. A couple of trips in lower Tampa Bay also had action with trout, snook and reds. Deep grass flats of Sarasota Bay have been the best option for variety and action. (Read more)
